- ginseed honey
Ginseed Honey Bliss Balls
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of Organic almond meal
3 scoops of whatever flavoured Organic Protein Powder (i used a choc/peanut protein powder or when i ran out of that i used a chocolate protein powder and one tablespoon of peanut butter)
6 large medjool dates (soak in hot water to soften them)
2 tablespoons of any Ginseed Honey you prefer
A pinch of salt
METHOD:
Then blend all the ingredients until they form a cookie dough
(if you feel it is still a bit dry add another date or 2)
Then roll into balls and store in the fridge
(which will last a few days) or in the freezer (which will last a few months).
